2. User Accounts

To use our service, you need to create an account. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for protecting your account security, including keeping your password confidential.

You must be 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction
Each user can only have one account
You may not share your account with others
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information

3. AI Agent Service Usage Rules

Our AI agent services include but are not limited to:

AI Podcast Agent：Automatically generate podcast scripts, host conversations, and voice synthesis
AI Voice Agent：Text-to-speech service, generating professional voice-overs
AI Video Agent：Automated video production from script to finished video

Usage Restrictions

When using our AI agent services, you may not:

Generate illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or rights-infringing content
Generate false information or misleading content
Infringe on any third party's intellectual property
Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our AI systems
Exceed the usage limits of your subscription plan

4. Content Ownership and Intellectual Property

Your Content：You retain all rights to the original content you input into our AI agent systems.

AI Generated Content：The copyright of content generated through our AI agents belongs to you. You may freely use, modify, distribute, and commercialize this content.

Our Intellectual Property：The Avocado AI platform, AI models, algorithms, and related technologies are protected by intellectual property laws and belong to us.

5. Paid Services, Subscriptions and Refunds

We offer free and paid services. Subscription/credits rules are as follows:

Prices are in USD and may be adjusted for taxes
Subscriptions support monthly/yearly auto‑renewal; you may cancel anytime to stop auto‑renewal, and your plan remains active until the end of the current period
Only one active subscription at a time; you can upgrade anytime (we grant the credit difference for the current period); downgrade is not available mid‑cycle — choose a lower plan after period end
Subscription credits are granted monthly and expire at period end (no rollover); credit packs never expire and are used after subscription credits; credit packs are virtual goods and non‑refundable
Refund policy: a first paid subscription or first upgrade may be refunded within 7 days if ≤50% of that period’s subscription credits are used; renewals and credit packs are non‑refundable; on approved refunds, remaining subscription credits for that period are reclaimed

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uninterrupted service. We may suspend service for maintenance, updates, or other technical reasons. We will make every effort to notify users in advance of planned maintenance.

Our AI agent services are provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. Users should review AI-generated content and assume the risks of use.

We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you have paid to us in the past 12 months.

9. Terms Modification

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. For significant changes, we will notify users 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China and the United States. Disputes arising from these terms should be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, they shall be submitted to the competent People's Court or relevant US court for resolution.
