1. Refund Policy Overview
Avocado AI ("we", "our", or "the service") is committed to providing our users with a quality service experience. This refund policy applies to all products and services purchased through our platform, including subscription plans and credit packs.
2. Subscription Refunds
2.1 Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription will terminate at the end of the current billing period, and you may continue to use the service until then. Cancelling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund.
2.2 New Subscription Refunds
If you are a new subscriber and request a refund within 7 days of subscribing, and have not used more than 20% of your subscription credits, we will issue a full refund.
2.3 Annual Subscription Refunds
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that no more than 20% of subscription credits have been used. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but may be downgraded to a monthly subscription.
3. Credit Pack Refunds
Credit packs (one-time credit purchases) are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider a refund in the following situations:
- Request made within 24 hours of purchase and credits are completely unused
- Duplicate charges due to system error
- Unauthorized transactions (with supporting evidence)
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Credits or services that have been used
- Accounts terminated due to violation of Terms of Service
- Requests made after the refund eligibility period
- Promotional or discounted purchases (unless otherwise stated)
- Credit loss due to user-initiated account deletion
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service via our social media accounts
- Provide your account email and transaction details
- Explain the reason for your refund request
- We will review and respond to your request within 5-7 business days
6. Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method. Please note:
- Credit/debit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to process
- Original transaction fees may not be refunded
- Refund amounts will be calculated in the original payment currency
7. Special Circumstances
In certain special circumstances (such as service outages, technical failures, etc.), we may offer partial refunds, credit compensation, or service extensions at our discretion. The specific resolution will be determined based on the actual situation.
